Our Peavey Blazer 158 Guitar Amplifier
This item was one hell of a deal. We bought this amp 2 weeks after I bought my Ibanez Electric Guitar 3 years ago. Within that 2 weeks, I spent time playing my guitar using my Genius PC speaker. It didn't last long and I know you know why, PC Speakers are not really made for guitars. So I spent a lot of time looking for a 2nd hand guitar amp, and I did see one. I saw this amp in http://www.88db.com/. The seller was this rich kid who happened to find a new hobby, he didn't want to play electric guitars anymore and wanted to move to playing bass guitar. That's why he sold this amp to me for P2,500.00. I thought it was broken because of the price. "No, It's Not!". For 3 years since the purchase, I never had a problem with it.
This amp is sharp. Has a distortion and clean functions, and both can be shifted to vintage (if you want to sound like the beatles recording in the 50s) and modern (a more up-to-date sound effect). It has a low-mid-high equalizer and a reverve dial.
For a practice amplifier, this amp is great! The only problem I had with it is that there is no shift pedal for the distortion-to-clean and vise versa function. That means you really have to buy effect gadgets if you're itching for a more rock n' roll music.
I can't complain about this amplifier. For P2,500, would you?
